Solo Instrument (Organ | Piano | Cello) | $300

• Fee covers ceremony music, 20 minute prelude & 5-10 minute postlude

• Selection from a large classical and popular repertoire

• Keyboard, cello and guitar are portable and available for outdoor weddings and/or venues without in-house instruments (sound system not provided but strongly encouraged for outdoor weddings)

String Trio/Quartet | $600-800

• Fee covers ceremony music, 20-30 minute prelude & 5-10 minute postlude

• Selection from a large classical repertoire

• Trios and quartets are perfect for indoor and outdoor venues without in-house instruments

• Please allow for a minimum of 2 week's notice when booking a trio or quartet

Additional Fees

• Professional Vocalist or Instrumentalist | $150

• Rehearsals | $75 per musician present

• Reception/Cocktail Hour | $50/hour per musician present

• Travel Expense | $0.57/per mile

  • Only incurred for travel outside of the immediate Twin Cities Metro as bordered by I-494 &  I-694

  • Mileage is calculated from downtown St. Paul and is in strict accordance with federal standards

• Arranging & Special Requests | $25-150

• Most special requests and arrangements can be accommodated free of charge, but some require a great deal of time and care. Any additional cost, if necessary, will be communicated immediately.
